20-min review in week 4
Feel stronger. Look better.
Feel like you again.
If you’ve spent years putting yourself last, I’ll help you make a start. We’ll work on your training and nutrition, with regular feedback and time to talk things through. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
I’ll help you get started, even if the gym is completely new to you.

You want to feel comfortable in your clothes, have more energy and feel proud of yourself again. Those are good reasons to start. I’ll take them seriously.
Your comeback is about feeling like yourself again. You don’t need a history in the gym. Whether you’re starting for the first time or finding your feet again, I’ll start with what you can do now. Then we’ll build from there.
I’ll get to know your goals and help you settle into a manageable routine. We’ll choose a nutrition approach that makes sense to you.
I’ll look at how you’re responding and progress your training. When life gets in the way, we’ll work through it and adjust the plan.
We’ll review what you’ve achieved, what still needs work and your next phase in Strong for Life, with training and nutrition support continuing after the 12 weeks.
I’ll judge your progress against your goals and your starting point. We’ll use that to plan your ongoing training and nutrition in Strong for Life.
I’ll build your programme around your goals, experience, equipment and schedule. You’ll get exercise instructions, adjustments and a plan for busy weeks.
I’ll set macro targets around your goals, or start with a simple food diary. We’ll review what’s happening and adjust through your weekly check-in.
You fill in a form. I’ll read it and tell you what’s going well, what needs attention and what to focus on next. Miss it? I’ll still send guidance based on what I know.
Send me up to two exercise videos per week. I’ll explain what I’m seeing and what to work on.
Ask me when you’re unsure. I answer messages Monday–Friday, with replies within two business days.
You’ll have time with me at the start, in weeks 4 and 8, and at your final review. These calls are on top of your weekly form check-ins.

Absolutely. You don’t need any training experience to join The 12-Week Comeback. I’ll use your initial assessment and our onboarding call to work out where to start. I’ll take your current ability, equipment, schedule and relevant health or injury information into account.
